Would additional info know that the body was designed to heal itself? By way of instance, when you fall down and scrape your knees, then the skin will regenerate and heal by itself, leaving perhaps only a small scar as a reminder you had hurt yourself. What’s more intriguing is that you could also heal yourself by using your innate healing abilities.

What I am focusing on now is 1 method of curing – self-massage. Self-massage is probably one of the oldest method of healing the body that most of us have forgotten about. How do I know? Because I have been practicing it because I entered the 40s as my body hasn’t been as strong as it was when I was younger. Joint aches have come to be a part of the life now.

Most of us would have had shoulder aches, neck aches, headaches, joint aches on the hands and legs. Gradually move the motion to the neck and up the mind, behind the ears, onto the crown going forward onto your face, gently pressing on your eye area and ending with a pinch on the nose.

Similarly for your palms. Start the massage in the forearm, working down towards the elbow and arm. Whenever you are at the wrist, then use your thumb with applied pressure to rub down the”crystals” which has formed over time and work it down into the palm of the hands. Then press back every finger beginning with the pinkie to the pointer. If you have a lot of”crystals”, your palms will create a popping noise, releasing the blockage.

Finally the legs. Start the massage in the biceps above your knees and work your way down, using your hands and applying a bit of pressure with your elbows, all the way down to your toes. End by pressing the feet.

We tend to just complain about the aches and pains and perhaps take some pain relief medicine or go to a masseur.
